Summer Weights Program - June 21-July 22

Monday through Thursdays

Frosh, 12pm-1:30pm

July 25-August 8     Mandatory Dead Period,  no contact allowed--this is the best time for family vacations.

August 11:First day of practice 8am-11am. At 11am, the

frosh are done for the day

 

August 12-26:two a days  including Saturdays
