It was all offense in the first half...both teams came out strong and scored on each possession. In fact, 6 TD's were scored in the first half, three by each team. Torrey Pines missed the first PAT and then attempted a two point conversion on their second TD but failed to convert, so that put them down, 21-19 as the teams took their halftime break. In the second half, it was the Torrey Pines defense that stepped up as they shut down a strong Mira Mesa offense and put the ball back in the hands of the potent Falcon offense. #31 JJ Evans had several very strong runs along with #26 Brock Ringo and #30 Ross Fowler. Also scoring for the Falcons, #32 Robert Murray.

The JV team, lead by Head Coach Burt Blackwell, posted an impressive victory against a very large Castle Park squad. Several of the Castle Park linemen were well over 250 pounds. But the Falcons Wing-T offense kept the defense on their heels as they tried to figure out who had the ball.

Brock Ringo scored in the first quarter on a 30 yard run as he bounced off of four would-be tacklers and then cut back to speed to the end zone.

#31 JJ Evans makes a diving leap into the end zone to score another Falcon TD after a 36 yard run around the right side!

#43, Mike McNally leaves the defense in his dust as the big Fullback broke free from the pack and scored on an 80 yard run!
